Rebranding

The rebranding service ensures that the hotel is equipped with everything needed to meet all brand standards for a perfect market position.

We started with a comprehensive audit conducted at all levels of the hotel to identify areas for rebranding. We then created specific GSM (Graphic Standard Guide) and MPL (Main Procurement List) which are important guides during the buying process. At the same time, we provide hotels with brand identification documents containing detailed information on how to sensitize brands and establish a brand culture.

We then coordinate MEP revisions (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) with the hotel, as needed for any upgrades and upgrades required. At this stage, we also set up server infrastructure and hosting.

This is just the beginning of a rebranding and familiar with a highly structured and efficient process designed to support hotel owners from A to Z in this time of critical but exciting change.
